Weight Training Forever is a concept that weight training in itself as an exercise regimen is beneficial for fitness, life and health. Weight training is good for heart health. It is also beneficial for your brain. Life is movement in the sense that it is lifting, pushing, and pulling things (weights) and that any exercise that exemplifies these characteristics is good for a person throughout their whole life.

I weight train because it challenges me. Weight training is grunt and cardio. I use all methods, nutrition and supplements to get better and improve my fitness level. I wish always to attend to this primal practice. I will be weight training forever.
